CASTELLINA Face + guest towel set, Ivory/Damar


Pure cotton terry towel set, 530 gr/sqm, with yarn-dyed and garment-washed pure linen border. Entirely crafted and packaged in Italy according to the Tuscan artisanal textile tradition.


Material: 100% pure cotton terry, 530 gr/sqm, with yarn-dyed and garment-washed linen border


Washing instructions: Machine washable at 40°C. Use detergents without optical brighteners. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. All our garments are very resistant to washing and drying cycles; however, we recommend washing with similar colors and tumble drying at a low temperature. Iron, if necessary, at a moderate temperature (max 150°). Dry cleaning allowed, excluding trichloroethylene or perchloroethylene. Our fabrics are Oeko-Tex certified and therefore comply with the principles of eco-social compatibility set by the European Union.

Returns & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Send an email to info@samplelover.it with the request for the item you wish to return.

We will arrange for your return to be scheduled on the day you prefer.

Place the item in its original box and seal it carefully.

Hand the package to the courier - the shipping cost will be at your expense.

You will be refunded as soon as the return is registered by our warehouse: this may take up to 14 days from receipt of the return.

All refunds are automatically paid to the account you used for payment of the goods.

For payments from current accounts and advance payments by bank transfer, the refund will be sent to the account from which the payment was made.

If you paid via PayPal/credit card, the refund will be sent to your PayPal account/credit card.

It is not possible to return personalized products.

For hygiene and customer health protection reasons, it is not possible to return pleasure objects once the packaging has been opened.

In case of a product malfunction, the customer is invited to contact Customer Service, who will provide assistance and evaluate the most appropriate solution according to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
