When using your Koala Sleep duvet, remember to cover it with a duvet cover, preferably made of 100% cotton or a natural fiber such as bamboo. It is important that the duvet cover is breathable to allow the duvet to breathe. The composition label on Koala Sleep products is made of 100% organic cotton, so it may deteriorate over time and with use. We therefore recommend cutting off the label and keeping it so that you can refer to it later. When storing your Koala Sleep products in the wardrobe, use the cotton bag they were delivered in. If you no longer have the original bag, wrap the product in a 100% cotton sack to allow it to breathe. Store the product in a cool, dry place.

Washing instructions: This product does not require frequent washing, as its filling is naturally antibacterial. We therefore suggest washing only when necessary and exclusively with dry cleaning. For proper maintenance, it is useful to air pillows, duvets, and toppers to allow moisture that accumulates overnight to evaporate. The air will restore Koala Sleep products to their original volume and softness. Kapok-filled products have the natural property of absorbing moisture from both the environment and the body; this incredible property ensures improved sleep and well-being. Precautions: Do not expose Koala Sleep products to intense heat sources or sunlight for too long, as this could weaken and damage the fabric and filling. Do not leave the products in a damp place, as they will tend to absorb an excessive amount of moisture. Do not bring sharp or pointed objects close to Koala Sleep products: the 100% cotton fabric could tear, causing the filling to spill out.

Place the item in its original box and seal it carefully.

Hand the package to the courier - the shipping cost will be at your expense.

You will be refunded as soon as the return is registered by our warehouse: this may take up to 14 days from receipt of the return.

All refunds are automatically paid to the account you used for payment of the goods.

For payments from current accounts and advance payments by bank transfer, the refund will be sent to the account from which the payment was made.

If you paid via PayPal/credit card, the refund will be sent to your PayPal account/credit card.

It is not possible to return personalized products.

For hygiene and customer health protection reasons, it is not possible to return pleasure objects once the packaging has been opened.
