WARM SUN Duvet 250 g/sqm 135x200 cm, 100% Down
Soft and light, with a cotton satin cover. The higher down content provides more enveloping warmth, while the feathers ensure structure and durability. Designed for those seeking natural comfort and high quality. Material: 100% Down. Washing instructions: Periodically air it out to allow the down inside to "breathe" and regain its natural volume.
Do not dry clean and/or do not bleach.
It can be machine washed at 30 degrees on a DELICATE cycle or by consulting your trusted laundry service.
Tumble dry the duvet on a DELICATE cycle. Once dry, it is preferable to expose it to the open air (away from heat sources) for a few hours to allow it to regain its natural volume.
Do not iron and keep the duvet away from heat sources to best preserve its natural filling. Made in ITALY

Returns & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Send an email to info@samplelover.it with the request for the item you wish to return.

We will arrange for your return to be scheduled on the day you prefer.

Place the item in its original box and seal it carefully.

Hand the package to the courier - the shipping cost will be at your expense.

You will be refunded as soon as the return is registered by our warehouse: this may take up to 14 days from receipt of the return.

All refunds are automatically paid to the account you used for payment of the goods.

For payments from current accounts and advance payments by bank transfer, the refund will be sent to the account from which the payment was made.

If you paid via PayPal/credit card, the refund will be sent to your PayPal account/credit card.

It is not possible to return personalized products.

For hygiene and customer health protection reasons, it is not possible to return pleasure objects once the packaging has been opened.

In case of a product malfunction, the customer is invited to contact Customer Service, who will provide assistance and evaluate the most appropriate solution according to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
