Made of navy blue nylon with saffiano faux leather details and gold finishes, it is designed to be comfortable every day and at the same time refined in its details.

The drawstring and buckle flap closure ensures security, while the two front pockets keep what you use most within reach. Inside you'll find a zip pocket and an open one for better organization.

It can be carried with the adjustable shoulder straps or with the top handle.
You can personalize it with your name or initials, making it truly unique.

It comes protected in its light blue dust bag, designed to store it and keep it always like new.

Returns & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Send an email to info@samplelover.it with the request for the item you wish to return.

We will arrange for your return to be scheduled on the day you prefer.

Place the item in its original box and seal it carefully.

Hand the package to the courier - the shipping cost will be at your expense.

You will be refunded as soon as the return is registered by our warehouse: this may take up to 14 days from receipt of the return.

All refunds are automatically paid to the account you used for payment of the goods.

For payments from current accounts and advance payments by bank transfer, the refund will be sent to the account from which the payment was made.

If you paid via PayPal/credit card, the refund will be sent to your PayPal account/credit card.

It is not possible to return personalized products.

For hygiene and customer health protection reasons, it is not possible to return pleasure objects once the packaging has been opened.

In case of a product malfunction, the customer is invited to contact Customer Service, who will provide assistance and evaluate the most appropriate solution according to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
